The truth is we ride. Photo above is of SOSWMC Founder "Grumbles" on her 1970 xlch. What we ride is sacred. The love of riding our bikes, on the open road, which takes us on a positive and spirtual journey. Sisters of Scota Womens Motorcycle Club has a long history and a journey of its own. Since, our Founder/National Pres.Grumbles is Scottish. We decided that our past club name had more negative stuff wrapped around it than we choose to talk about, so we moved on to a more positve and caring club. "Scota" is an ancient, celtic, warrior goddess. The name Scota is derived from "Scathatch" given the name Scota she was a goddess of retribution, taught special techniques of self defence, healing ones self and others with herbs, spirtual growth and positive change in self to be a stronger, influential and better person. Scota showed the men how to make their own weapons of protection, food for survival and so on. Check out various websites on celtic ancient history and Celtic Goddesses. Today in modern times Sisters of Scota W.M.C. only practices Sister unity, safety in motorcyling, encouragement, and charity/volunteerism.

. Keeping a positive outlook on life is necessary. Have a great time, ride for fun and be safe. For more information check out our websites, send us an email, or just join us on the road.
